摘要
文章首先介绍了用户体验的相关概念;其次提出用户体验设计不能仅仅满足可用性设计,要注重与用户心理和情感研究方法的整合,并基于普遍心理分层理论构建了Web环境下的用户体验设计模型;最后从用户目标、可用性设计和基于心理学的用户研究方法角度论述了Web用户体验设计需采用的原则、方法和相关技术。
Firstly, the article introduces the concepts of user experience. Then, it puts forward that usability is not enough for user experience design, and focuses on the integration of user mental research and emotional research. Finally, discusses the necessary principles, methods and relative technologies for web user experience design based on user objects, usability design and psychology.
