摘要
为了建立宽带型废气氧传感器的动态模型,得到准确的时域性能指标,设计了基于发动机台架的易于实现的宽带型氧传感器阶跃响应实验方案,并进行了多种排气温度、多输入幅值工况下的动态实验。通过实验数据分析与处理,得到辨识模型所需的输入和输出数据。基于预测误差的方法,建立了宽带型废气氧传感器动态模型,并将各种工况代人模型中验证其普适性。
An experimental scheme of step response of UEGO sensor is designed based on automobile engine in order to build up a dynamic model of UEGO and calculate its performance indexes in the time domain. Many experiments are performed in different exhaust temperatures and input amplitude values. The raw experiment data are analyzed and processed to obtain the proper input and output data for modeling. The prediction error method is adopted to identify the dynamic model of UEGO sensor. Various operating conditions are taken into the dynamic model to verify its applicability.
