加强配套技术攻关,不断推进复杂气藏有效开发

Efficient development of complex gas reservoirs by matched technologies

据第3次全国资源评价结果,中石化登记天然气勘探或油气兼探区块的天然气远景资源量占全国总量的20%。从探明储量类型和已开发气田状况来看,复杂气藏是中石化天然气开发的主要对象。近年来,针对复杂气藏的开发及其配套工艺技术,中石化加大技术攻关力度、加强开发实践,取得了一定进展,推进了高含硫气藏、低渗透气藏及火山岩气藏的开发建设。针对复杂气藏开发的特点与难点,为实现安全有效开发,特提出如下建议:①加强沉积相、储层预测和含气性预测研究,寻找富集区、富集层布井,是提高钻井成功率的关键;②加强对气藏类型、气井产能、气水关系的研究,不断优化开发方案,优化井位设计,减少井数,是大幅度提高单井产量的保证;③加强对井型、钻具、钻井液、井身结构、完井方式和增产措施的配套技术攻关;④加强管理和优化施工程序,提高钻井速度,缩短建井周期,是降低投资提高开发效益的有效手段。

The Sinopec possesses its registered gas and/or oil exploration zones,where the prospective natural gas resources accounts for 20% of the total in China.From the explored reserve types and the developed gas fields,the Sinopec is facing a big challenge in developing complex gas reservoirs.In view of this,the Sinopec has tackled technical problems and learned good lessons from field experiences in the last decades.Those achievements have helped the Sinopec to promote the development of high-sulfur,low-permeability and volcanic gas reservoirs.Aiming at the difficulties and peculiarities of developing those complex gas reservoirs,we present some proposals as follows:a.Sedimentary facies,reservoir forecast,and gas-bearing capacity prediction should be strengthened in order to plan the wells around the gas-accumulated zones or reservoirs,which is the key to improve the success ratio of drilling;b.More efforts should be made in the studies of gas reservoir types,gas well performance and the gas-water relationship to optimize both the development scheme and well pattern designing,which is the guarantee of improving significantly the output per well;c.technical research should be made in well types,drilling tools,drilling fluids,well structures,well completion modes,and measures of enhancing gas recovery;d.operation procedures should be managed and optimized to improve the ROP and shorten the well construction period,which is an effective means to reduce the investment and improve the exploitation profit.
