凝汽器管束布置传热效果评价方法的探讨

Study of Evaluation Methods of Condenser Tube Bundle Arrangement Heat Transfer Effectiveness

通过对包头电厂实测数据的分析,对传统的评价凝汽器管束布置修正系数的方法进行了改进,根据试验结果分析并讨论了管束布置修正系数随负荷变化的规律,同时,通过对凝汽器总体传热系数的分析,提出了一种新的评价凝汽器管束布置传热效果的方法。

Through the analysis of measured data in Baotou power plant, the paper improves traditional method of condenser tube bundle arrangement correction factor. This paper also analyses and discusses tube bundle arrangement correction factor variation law with load. At the same time, through the analysis of the overall heat transfer coefficient of the condenser, the paper also made an evaluation method of the effect of condenser＇s tube bundle arrangement heat transfer.
