学习领域工作过程导向教学方法在高职社区护理教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的在模拟的社区护士岗位工作中,训练学生的专业技能,提高其职业能力和人文豪碾。方法对2007级30名高职学生(试验组)实施学习领域工作过程导向的教学方法,与采用传统教学方法的2006级31名高职学生(对照组)进行综合能力和期末总成绩的比较分析。结果试验组的期末理论成绩和综合能力考核成绩均高于对照组(P均〈0.01)。对试验组的调查显示,该方法有利于培养学生的人文关怀意识(90.0%),提高团队协作能力(90.0%)。结论以工作过程为导向的教学方法有助于实现教学过程理论与实践的紧密结合,有助于提高学生的专业能力和社会能力等综合职业能力。 Objective To improve the students' nursing skills in the simulated community post and their vocational abilities. Methods The working-process-oriented teaching method was adopted in the teaching of Community Nursing among 30 nursing students enrolling in 2007 in the experimental group,and traditional teaching method was adopted among 31 students enrolling in 2006 in the control group. The nursing skills and exam scores were analyzed. Results The scores of final exam and nursing skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.O1). In the experimental group,90.0% students considered that working-process-oriented teaching method was beneficial to cultivating humanities concern consciousness and improving teamwork skills. Conclusions Working-process-oriented teaching method contributes to combination of theory and practice,and it can improve students' comprehensive quality.
