我校护理专业中医课程教学现状调查分析

Investigation on the current situation of TCM-related courses teaching for nursing undergraduates in Shanghai university of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的了解本科护理专业中医相关深程的教学现状及学生对中医的认识。方法采用自行设计的问卷对大学三年级和四年级护理本科生进行调查，采用SPSS16．0软件对数据进行分析。结果38．3％的学生对中医相关课程与西医相关课程比例设置不满意，学生对中医相关课程的教学奴果总体评价一般；62.3％的学生对中医的学习兴趣比较浓厚，但只有30．0％的学生认为中医相关课程的学习对自己东来工怍比较重要。结论中医药院校护理专业应优化课程体系．突出中医护理特色，加强实践性教学，完善和规范考核、评价体系，加强学生中医特色临床能力的培养。

Objective To understand the current situation of TCM-related courscs teaching for nursing undergraduate, s in Shanghai university of Traditional Chinese Medicine and students＇ knowledge of TCM. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey about TCM-related courses and students＇ knowledge of TCM was conducted among 167 junior and senior nursing students. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results As a resuh,38.3% of the students dissatisfied with the ratio of TCM courses and western medicine courses,the students＇ evaluation on teaching effects of TCM courses was only moderately;62.3% of the students were interested in studying TCM courses,while only 30.0% of the students considered TCM coupes would play an important part in their future jobs. Conclusions Colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine should optimize course system, stress characteristics of TCM nursing,strengthen TCM skills training,enhance teachers＇ training and perfect teaching methods in order to improve students＇ clinical competence.
