摘要 结合地源热泵技术在黄骅港站综合办公楼工程中的应用,从地源热泵系统夏季、冬季热交换的概念、系统的工作原理、施工工艺流程、现场地质勘探及换热测试、地埋管换热器井施工、水平及外管网水管路连接、机房热泵系统设备安装、机房系统水压试验及保温、室内空调末端系统安装等方面进行详细介绍。地源热泵技术运行费用低,高效、节能,可充分利用地热能源,达到最佳节能效果,综合运行费节省40%以上,具有广泛的推广应用价值。 Through the application of the ground-source heat pump technology in Huanghua Harbor Station comprehensive office building project, this paper introduces this system from the concept of summer and winter heat exchange, systematic operating principles, construction techniques and process, site geologic prospecting and heat transfer test, construction of ground heat exchangers, horizontal and external pipe network connection, installation of heat pump system in the machine room, system hydraulic pressure test and heat preservation in the machine room, as well as the installation of interior air-conditioning terminal system. The ground source heat pump technology, with the advantages of a low operation cost, high effects, energy conservation, may fully utilize the ground heat energy to achieve a best energy conservation effect, and can save over 40% of the comprehensive operation fee. The multi-functional machine can refrigerate and heat well. Taking up a little amount of land, environment friendly, clean, safe and reliable, it can be promoted and applied widely.
