摘要
目的观察胰岛素泵及其他胰岛素治疗方法对2型糖尿病患者长期治疗的效果。方法各30例2型糖尿病患者分别应用胰岛素泵、门冬胰岛素30,2次/d及甘精胰岛素每晚一次皮下注射治疗半年后,观察三组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、C-肽的变化,胰岛素用量、低血糖发生概率及可能存在的对甘油三脂、总胆固醇、尿微量白蛋白水平的有效控制。结果三组胰岛素治疗均能有效控制血糖,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化无明显差异,而三组间比较,胰岛素泵组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及C-肽的改善更明显,且低血糖发生概率显著下降,胰岛素应用剂量减少,甘油三脂、总胆固醇及24h尿微量白蛋白水平在配合其他相关药物作用下更显著的得以控制。结论2型糖尿病患者长期应用胰岛素泵及其他胰岛素治疗方法均能有效控制血糖,胰腺B细胞功能有改善,但胰岛素泵治疗对有效控制血糖,改善胰腺B细胞功能更显著。
Objective To observe insulin pump and other insulin method of trcatment to type 2 diabetics long-term treatment effect. Methods Each 30 type 2 diabetics separately after the insulin pump, the asparagus insulin 30 daily two, and insulin glargine quaque nocte hypodermi injection treat for half year around, observes three group of patients to treat the fasting blood glucose ,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, the C-peptide change, the insulin amount used, the hypoglycemia has the probability and possibly exists to the glycerin, the total cholesterol, the urine micro albumin level active control. Results Three group of insulin treatments can the active control blood sugar, fasting blood glucose ,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, the glycosylated hemoglobin change not obvious difference, but three groups of comparisons, the insulin pump group fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, the glycosylated hemoglobin and the C-peptide improvement is more obvious. Also the hypoglycemia has the probability remarkable drop, the insulin application dosage reduces, the glycerin, the total cholesterol and 24 h urine micro albumin level in coordinates under other correlation medicine function more remarkable to be able to control. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic long-term application insulin pump and other insulin method of treatment can the active control blood sugar, the pancreatic B cell function have the improvement, but the insulin pump treatment to the active control blood sugar, improves the pancreatic B cell function to be more remarkable.
