摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除（LC）并发症防治体会。方法回顾性分析210例LC病例临床资料。结果本组无胆道损伤、胆漏等严重并发症，无死亡。结论开展LC初期，需组织专业小组，有丰富的胆道剖腹手术经验、严格掌握操作技巧是减少并发症的关键。
Objective Laparoscop chloecystectomy（LC） Prevention and treatment of complications of. Methods Retrospective analysis of 310 cases of clinical data of LC cases. Results This was no bile duct injury, bile leakage and other serious complications, no death. Conclusion LC carried out the initial stage, needed to organize their professional team has extensive experience in biliary laparotomy, strict operational know-how is key to reducing complications.
