计算机摄影在急诊床边摄影中的应用价值

Value of CR Photographs in the Emergency Medical Treatment by Bed

目的探讨计算机摄影（Computed Radiography，CR）在急诊床边摄影中的应用价值。方法对400例共400张床边CR摄影与400张传统屏／片摄影进行比较。结果CR明显提高了急诊床边摄影的质量，降低了重复摄影的机率，降低了辐射剂量，为患者的诊治争取了时间。结论CR比传统屏／片摄影在急诊床边摄影中具有更高的应用价值。

Objective To discuss the value of CR to photograph in the emergency medical treatment bed. Methods The CR photography carries on the comparison separately to 400 cases altogather 400 beds nearby with 400 tradition photography. Results CR obviously improved the quality which nearby the emergency medical treat-ment bed photographs, reduced the repetition photography probability, reduced the exposure dosage, could strive for the time for patient＇s diagnosis. Conclusion CR photographs compared to tradition photography in the higher application value.
