兰州地区交警基础肺功能的多中心调查

The more center investrgation about the basic lung function of the traffic policemen in Lanzhou area

目的调查兰州市交警基础肺功能状况，探讨汽车尾气及空气质量与交警肺功能的相关性因素。方法采用整群普查方法，连续3年选择兰州市在岗及退休交警为调查对象，行肺功能检测，估算人群中基础肺功能的受损状况。结果与岗位、工作年限、吸烟密切相关，FEVI、F50、F25降低比例明显升高。结论兰州市交警肺功能受损比例升高，占25％，交警及相关部门对汽车尾气及空气污染对肺功能的影响未引起足够重视，应加强宣传教育工作。

Objective To investrgate the basic lung function situation of the traffic policemen in Lanzhou and observe the relate factor between the waste gas air quality and the traffic policemen＇ s lung function. Methods We choose the traffic policemen who are on job and retired in 3 years as the objects in Lanzhou city by whole general investigation. Results It＇ s closed related with post. the service lift of job and smoking and the redaced ratio of FEV1 ,F50 and F25 obviously increase. Conclusion The lung harm＇ s ratio of the traffic policemen in Lanzhou is 25% ,It＇ s not to be attentioned by the traffic policemen and the government departmeuts.
