胰腺损伤不同类型典型病例诊疗分析与探讨

Clinical analysis and approach of the typical cases of different category pancreas rupture

目的探讨胰腺损伤的外科治疗。方法结合3例典型病例汇报，回顾性分析7例不同类型胰腺损伤的诊疗经过。结果1例术后48h死亡，其余6例均获临床治愈。结论早期确诊及选择合理治疗方式对患者预后有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the surgery treatment of pancreas rupture. Methods Data of 7 cases of different category pancreas rupture treated by surgery therapy were retrospectively analyzed with 3 typical eases. Results 1 case died within 48 hours and the other 6 cases were healing well. Conclusion Acquiring right dianosis earlier and choosing reasonable treatment have much more significance for patients, prognosis.
