摘要 介绍了一套基于激光测距传感器和AVR单片机ATmega128的智能化激光限界检测系统的硬件设计方案,并对数据采集、存储电路和旋转扫描机构作出了详细描述,给出了系统主要软件设计流程图。通过对样机的测试实验以及误差分析,结果表明本检测系统能对限界进行精确测量,系统静态误差和随机误差均小于5mm,并且还具有系统运行稳定、测量时间短、存储容量大、人机交互性好、性价比高等特点。 Based on laser range transducer and AVR single-chip ATmega128, an intelligent clearance detection system is presented in this paper. The hardware scheme of this system is introduced, including detailed information on data acquisition circuit and the structure of rotary scanning. The main software flow charts of this system are given. A prototype is developed of this clearance detection system, the results of experiment and error analysis indicate that both systematic static error and systematic random error are less than 5 mm, which means high precision detection can be performed by this system. In addition, this clearance detecting system also owns the advantages, such as stable operation, detection time saving, large storage capacity, friendly human-machine interface and high performance-cost ratio.
