摘要
宿主源性的基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是一类钙锌离子依赖的蛋白水解酶,其主要生物学功能是水解细胞外基质。树脂粘接时的酸处理往往会造成牙本质表层的酸碱度降低,而适度的弱酸环境则使MMP的活性增强,活性增强的MMP降解树脂-牙本质混合层底部的胶原纤维,破坏混合层,缩短粘接寿命。下面就MMP、酸处理对MMP的影响和MMP对混合层的破坏作用作一综述。
The host-derived matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) is a family of Ca/Zn-dependent proteinase,whose mainly biological function is to degrade the extracellular matrix.MMP would be activated by the right acidity decreasing in surface layer dentin during resin adhesion.Then it would attack the collagen near the bottom of hybrid layer and destroy hybrid layer resulting in reducing the longevity of adhesive.This review focuses on MMP,the effect of both latent and active form followed by variation of acidity and its damage of hybrid layers.
