颌面赝复体硅橡胶改性的研究进展

应用颌面赝复体是目前较常用的颌面部缺损修复方法之一。硅橡胶是临床上应用最多的材料,但其老化及不同缺损部位对材料性能要求的差异一直是人们关注的问题。本文就纳米粒子在硅橡胶改性中的应用和硅橡胶并用改性方面的研究进展作一综述。

Maxillofacial prosthesis materials are popularly used to replace the facial defects.Silicone rubber is the most widely used material.It is highly concerned about the aging and the need of different properties on different facial parts.This paper summarized the current progress on the use of nano particles and blending on modification of silicone rubber.
