奈达铂联合化疗治疗晚期肿瘤不良反应的观察及护理对策

摘要 目的:探讨化疗药奈达铂在治疗晚期肿瘤患者中的护理体会。方法:66例肿瘤患者静脉滴注奈达铂,针对临床出现的恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、腹泻、脱发、口腔溃疡、骨髓抑制等不良反应,采取针对性的护理措施,改善治疗效果,提高患者生活质量。
