超声在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Ultrasound in Diagonosis of Breast Cancer

目的:探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌中的表现和特征,评价其在诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法:对经手术后病理证实的44例乳腺癌的二维声像与彩色多普勒血流显像表现进行综合分析。结果:二维超声可清楚显示肿块的数目、形态、大小、边界、内部回声,周围组织有无受侵及有无淋巴结转移等;彩色多普勒可显示肿块内部及周边的血流情况。结论:超声诊断乳腺癌是一种方便、安全、无痛苦、准确率较高的方法,二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流特点在乳腺癌的诊断中有重要诊断意义和价值。

Objective：To discuss the performance and character of breast carcinomas on gray scale and color Doppler ultrasound and to evaluate their value in the diagnosis of breast carcinomas. Methods：B-mode ultrasonography and color （CDFI） of 44 cases of breast cancer confirmed by clinical operation and pathology were enrolled in the study, and these results had been compared with pathology diagnosis. Results： The two-dimensional ultrasound could display the number, shape, size. rim and echo of the masses, and whether there was invasion to other tissue around the tumors and lymph nodes metastasis . CDFI could show the blood flow of the masses. Conelusion：Ultrosonic examination is easy ,safe and high sensitive method for diagnosis of breest disease, B-mood ultrasound and CDFI are great value in diagnosis of breast cancer.
