四妙散加减治疗痤疮108例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Si Miao San Modified Therapy on Acne Patients in 108 Cases

目的:观察四妙散治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将113例患者随机分成两组,对照组65例采用口服红霉素,维胺脂胶囊,晚上外用1次维A酸霜;治疗组108例采用四妙散1剂/d,水煎分早、晚两次口服,均1周为1疗程。结果:两组治疗后的皮损数均比治疗前下降,以治疗组更为显著P<0.05,治疗组与对照组的有效率分别是85.2%和38.5%,两者比较差异有显著性P<0.05。结论:四妙散治疗寻常痤疮有较好的疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Si Miae San in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods： 173 patients with Acne were randomly divided into two groups.the control grop （n=65） used oral erythromycin, Victoria amine resin capsules,external applicated Victoria A acid cream once at Night;the treatment group （n=108） used one drug of 4 Miao San every day, decoction minutes morning and evening the two oral. both 1 week for a course of treatment.Results：Two groups after treatment than that before treatment decreased the number of lesions,for the treatment group was more prominent （P 〈0. 05）, the efficiency rates of treatment group and control group were respectively 85.2% and 38.5%.there were marked difference in the two guoups （P 〈0.05）,Conelusiou：Si Miao San had a good effect in the treatment of ache vulgaris.
