中药治疗冠心病快速房颤临床研究

Clinical Rsearch of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Chronic Atrial Fibrillation

目的:观察中药治疗冠心病快速房颤的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:选择经心电图和/或动态心电图诊断为冠心病合并快速房颤,中医证型为痰火扰心和心阴不足的患者80例。随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组40例,使用黄连温胆汤或炙甘草汤加减,合并基础西药治疗。对照组40例,单纯使用基础西药治疗。两组均观察1周。治疗前和治疗后第3天和7天各做1次普通心电图及各做1次动态心电图(Holter)。结果:完成病例68例,进行分析,临床症候积分、心电图及动态心电图改善率治疗组均明显优于对照组。结论:中药配合基础西药治疗冠心病快速房颤疗效确切。

Objeetive：Td observe the therapeutic effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine on coronary heart disease（CHD） combined with chronic atrial fibrillation（af）.Methods：Eighty patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） combined with chronic atrial fibrillation（M） were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups at the ratio of 1：1：（1）treatment group（n=40）which was given Huanglian Wendan Decoction or Zhigancao Decoction modified.based on western medieine.（2）control group（n=40）,which was given western medicine. A week was given to zhe tow group.Electrocardiogram and 24 hours Holter ex-amination were performed on zhe 1.3 and 7 day.Results：68 patients were accomplished and involved in the result analysis.Clinical.The total effective rate of treatment group were significantly bighter than the control group in symptom integrals, electrocardiogram and 24 hours Holter cx-Amination.Conclusion：It is remarkable of the therapeutic effect that traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine treat coronary heart disease combined with chronic atrial fibrillation.
