类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性及影响因素分析

Analysis of Medication Compliance and Possible Influencing Factors in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

目的:分析类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性及可能的影响因素,以采用相应的对策。方法:采用问卷调查方式对我院病房和门诊101例类风湿关节炎(RA)患者进行用药依从性调查。结果:患者对自身疾病的认识、对医务人员的信任度、经济状况、付款方式与用药依从性比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:对疾病的认识程度、对医务人员的信任度、经济状况、付款方式等因素是影响RA患者用药依从性主要因素,只有对以上因素得以解决,才能提高患者用药的依从性。

Objective：To analyse the medication compliance and possible influencing factors of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and adopt appropriate measures. Methods： 101 cases of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patients in our hospital wards and outpatient were surveyed by a questionnaire.Results：The factors such as the patient＇s own awareness of the disease, the medical staff confidence, economic conditions. payment and medication compliance were significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： The factors such as the patient＇s own awareness of the disease, the medical staff confidence, economic conditions, payment and medication compliance were main factors which affected medication compliance in patients with RA. In order to improve patient medication compliance, the above-mentioned factors must be resolved .
