氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压病疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy ofAmlodipine/Enalaprii Combination Therapy in Senile Hypertension

目的:观察氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:选择76例老年高血压病患者,给予氨氯地平5mg,1次/d,依那普利5mg～10mg,2次/d,疗程8周,采取自身对照比较血压指标,评估其临床疗效。结果:经治疗收缩压和舒张压降低有显著差异(p<0.05),有统计学意义,总有效率88.16%。结论:氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年性高血压疗效好,安全性高。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy ofAmlodipine/Enalapril combination therapy in Senile hypertension. Methods： 76 patients with senile hypertension were treated by Amlodipine （1×5mg, daily） combined with Enalapril [2× （5-10）mg,daily] within 8 weeks, compared the blood pressure before and after the treatment to evaluate the efficacy. Results： After the treatment, both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure have decreased obviously（P〈0.05）.there were significant difference between the two groups, the total effective rate was 88.16%.Conclusion： There is a great efficacy ofAmlodipine/Enalapril combination therapy in Senile hypertension.
