我院中药注射剂的使用分析

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections Used in Our Hospital

目的:通过对本院门诊及住院患者中药注射剂使用的调查和分析,探讨本院中药注射剂的使用情况,为合理使用中药注射剂提供依据。方法:利用药房软件系统综合分析我院门诊第4季度门诊病人(114 946张处方)及2008年12月1 392例住院患者中药注射剂使用情况。结果:在门诊用药频度例前5位的药品是疏血通、丹参、丹红、苦碟子及清开灵,药物利用指数大于1的药品有5种,占门诊中药注射剂调查品种的45.45%;在病房用药频度例前5位的药品是复方苦参、冠心宁、痰热清、艾迪及参芪扶正,药物利用指数大于1的药品有8种,占病房中药注射剂调查品种的30.77%。结论:我院门诊及病房中药注射剂的使用较普遍,应重视其安全有效性,合理选择使用。

Objective： To investigate the use of chinese medicine injections in outpatients and inpatients of our hospital for reference of clinical rational use of chinese medicine injections.Methods： The use of chinese medicine injections in oulpatients of the fourth quarter and 1 392 lnpatients in our hospital of December 2008 were analyzed using pharmacy software system.Results：Ranking the DDDs of traditional Chinese medicine injections in outpatient were Shuxuetong Zhusheye, Danshen Zhusheye, Danhong Zhusheye, Kudiezi Zhusheye and Qingkailing Zhusheye, There were 5 drugs of DUI beyond 1 .the percentage was 45.45%; In inpatients the ranking of the DDDs were Fufang Kushen, Guanxinning, Tanreqing, Aidi and Shenqi Fuzheng;There were 8 drugs of DUI beyond 1 ,the percentage was 30.77%.Connlusion： The use of traditional chinese medicine injections in our hospital were generally, but great importance should be attached to the safety and effectives, rational choice and use of traditional chinese medicine injections.
