木芙蓉叶中挥发性成分的研究

Analysis of the Constituents of Essential Oils from Hibiscus Mutabilis

目的:研究木芙蓉叶挥发性成分。方法:木芙蓉叶水蒸气蒸馏所得挥发油,通过气相色谱一质谱分析,结合计算机检索技术对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从木芙蓉叶中鉴定了25种成分。已知鉴定成分占总量的93.49%,未鉴定成分占6.51%。结论:本次研究首次对木芙蓉叶中挥发油的成分进行研究。

Objective： To study on the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Hibiscus mutabilis.Methods：The essential oils were obtained by simultaneous distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC/MS. The relative contents in the essential oils were detemined by area nomaliation.Results：25 chemecial constituents were separated and identified. Identification of known components of the total 93.49 percent, accounting for 6.51% unidentified components.Conclusion：This is the first time to study the essential oils from Hibiscus mutabilis.
