摘要
现行行业标准YBJ224—91《块体基础大体积混凝土施工技术规程》对大体积混凝土施工养护技术指标的计算没有考虑有限单元法,为配合GB/J50496—2009《大体积混凝土施工技术规范》的颁布和新增有限单元法的应用,以某核电站筏基整体浇筑温控施工为例,开展有限单元法估算养护技术指标的研究并成功指导温控施工。通过对理论计算和实测结果的分析,得出有限单元法计算养护技术指标的可行性和指导温控施工的优越性,可为新规范的颁布提供理论基础和实践依据。
Current professional standard YBJ 224-91 Technical Regulation of Mass Concrete Construction of Block Foundations doesn't account of conservation indicator calculation of mass concrete by finite element technique in construction. In order to adapt promulgation" of the new GB/J 50496-2009 Technical Specification of Mass Concrete Construction and application of the finite element method, this paper attempts estimation of curing indexes by finite element method and accomplish successfully to guide the construction of a raft foundation. Through analysing theoretical value and measured value, the finite element method for guiding construction is feasible and preponderant. All these can provide a theoretic basis and practical evidences for the publication of the new specifications.
