摘要
结合某地下室托换改造工程实例,从理论分析和工程实践两个部分对托换技术在地下室改造中的应用进行详细介绍。首先论述改造设计中托换方案、顶升力和顶升量的确定,然后介绍地基处理技术在本工程中的应用,最后通过改造时结构位移监测和后期建筑物沉降观测对改造工程实施效果进行评价。
Through a basement rebuilding and reinforcement project, this article introduced the application of Underpinning technique in a basement rebuilding project from theoretical analysis and engineering practice. First of all, this article disscussed the result of underpinning project, lift-up force and lift-up displacement in rebuilding design ; then introduced application of ground treatment technology in this project ; at last, evaluated the effect of the rebuilding project by local monitoring of the structure displacement and sedimentation observation of building in later period.
