热固性氟粉末涂料的制备及其应用研究

Research on the preparation and use of thermosetting fluorocarbon powder coatings

采用溶液沉淀聚合工艺,制备以三氟氯乙烯为主要共聚单体热固性氟粉末树脂,分析探讨树脂结构设计及各组分影响,介绍了热固性氟粉末涂料耐酸碱、盐雾、老化等性能试验结果,最后针对应用于不同金属基材的表面处理工艺做了探索性研究。

This paper introduces the preparation of thermosetting fluorocarbon powder resin with chlorotrifluoroethylene as main copolymerization monomer by solution sedimentation polymerization technology; analyzes the functions of resin structure design and every compositions; introduces the tested results of alkali and acid resistance, salt spray and aging; at last, investigates the surface treatment technology for different metal suhstrates.
