摘要
目的:建立气相色谱测定桑叶茶中7种菊酯类农药的方法。方法:采用丙酮-正已烷提取,CARB柱固相萃取净化,经CP5毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器对7种菊酯类农药进行检测。结果:7种菊酯类农药的最小检测浓度为0.0015-0.0063 mg/kg,加标回收率为:90.8%-95.3%。结论:该方法操作时简单实用、净化效果好、回收率高,适合于桑叶茶中多种残留菊酯类农药残留的测定。
Objective:To suggest a method for the simultaneous determination of residues of 7 pyrethroids in mulberry tea.Methods:The samples were extracted by acetone-Hexane,and the extract were purified through carbon packed column and florisil column.The collected solution was separated by CP5 column and analyzed by GC-ECD.Results:The limits of detection for the seven kinds pyrethroids ranged from 0.0015 mg/kg to 0.0063 mg/kg and recoveries 90.8%-95.3%.Conclusion:This method is convenient,practical,of high recovery rate and have a good purification effect.It is suitable for the analysis of pesticides residue in mulberry tea.
