摘要
目的:探讨高效液相色谱法测定蜜胺餐具水性模拟液中三聚氰胺迁移量的方法。方法:蜜胺餐具经水、10%乙醇(v/v)以及3%乙酸(w/v)3种不同的水性模拟液提取后,以AgilentHC-C18为分析柱,乙腈/庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(pH3.1)(体积比10:90)为流动相,UV检测器(λ=236 nm),进样定量分析。结果:水、10%乙醇(v/v)以及3%乙酸(w/v)3种模拟液中的三聚氰胺在1.0-20.0 mg/L浓度范围内,标准曲线线性关系都很良好,相关系数r分别为0.9999、0.9998、0.9999 检测限(S/N=3)分别为0.04、0.04、0.05 mg/L 相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.9%-6.6%。结论:本方法不但简单、快捷,而且精密度能满足检测要求。
Objective:To delevop a method for the determination of melamine in aquesous food simulants of melamine articles by using high-performance liquid chromatography.Methods:After being extracted by distilled water,10%(v/v)ethanol aqueous solution and 3%(w/v)acetic acid aqueous solution from samples,melamine was seperated on a C18 analytical column with acetonitrile and sodium 1-heptanesulfonate(0.01 mol/L,pH3.1,10:90 by volume) detected by ultraviolet detector at a wavelength of 236 nm.Results:The linear ranges of determination of melamine in distilled water,10%(v/v)ethanol aqueous solution and 3%(w/v)acetic acid aqueous solution were 1.0-20.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficent was 0.9999,0.9998,0.9999 respectively,the detection of limit(S/N=3) was 0.04,0.04,0.05 mg/L respectively,the relative standard deviation(n=6)was 1.9%-6.6%.Conclusion:The method has the advatages of simplicity,convenience and repeatablity and can be used for the analysisi of melamine in aqueous food simulants of melamine articles.
