快速测定消毒食(饮)具中十二烷基苯磺酸钠残留量

Fast determination of DBS residues in disinfected dinner and drinking set

目的：亚甲蓝分光光度法是测定消毒食（饮）具中十二烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的国家标准方法之一,但其实验操作步骤复杂,需要进行多次萃取,繁琐耗时,试剂用量大。本法以简化操作步骤、改进实验方法为目的。方法：经过多次试验,可以使用125 m l分液漏斗,一次性完成萃取和洗涤步骤,直接取有机相进行比色分析。结果：本法相对偏差小于3%（n=10）,回收率范围91%-100%,经t检验,本法所测定的结果与国标法所测定的结果无显著性差异。结论：本法简便、快速、准确,值得推广应用。

Objective：The methylene blue spectrophotometric method is one of the national standard methods for determination of DBS residues in disinfected dinner and drinking set,but it is troublesome,and time-and reagent-consuming.To simplify the operating procedure and improve the experimental method is the aim of this study.Methods：We have made many experiments that prove that it may use the 125 milliliter separatory funnel directly,disposable extract and deterge and may absorb the organic to carry on directly comparison to the color analysis.Results：The relative standard devication of the method was less than 3%（n=10）,the recovery rate ranged from 91% to 100%.The results obtained from the method presented in this paper and the method given in GB5750-2006 were found to have no significant difference.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
