摘要
目的:探索室温条件下一氧化碳中毒血液中HbCO饱和度变化规律。方法:取一氧化碳中毒血液样本,用0.1%的Na2CO3稀释200倍并加入Na2S2O4少许,紫外可见分光光度计双波长吸光度比值法(还原法)测定。结果:室温条件下,随保存时间的延长CO中毒死亡者、中毒大鼠及中毒家兔血液中HbCO饱和度在3个月内均呈下降趋势,其下降速率与HbCO饱和度大小无相关关系。结论:CO中毒死亡后的尸体血液中HbCO含量在室温条件下会随保存时间的延长而发生变化。
Objective:To explore the concentration changes of HbCO in blood at room temperature.Methods:Blood samples was diluted with 0.1% Na2CO3,to which sodium hydrosulfite was added.Its absorption at 538nm and 555nm were determinated by visible spectrophotometer.Results:In three months after death,the changing trend of HbCO content was descending in blood.The elimination coefficient of carbon monoxide was ascending and the elimination rate had no correlation with HbCO%.Conclusion:The carboxyhemoglobin contents in blood of carbon monoxide poisone bodies was changed at room temperature.
