中山市美容美发行业卫生状况及检测结果分析

Analysis of microbial contamination of public utensils in cosmetology shops in Zhongshan

目的:了解中山市美容美发店卫生状况,为卫生监督监测和相应技术指导提供依据。方法:随机抽取2008年中山市美发店494家、美容店131家公共用品卫生检测资料进行分析。结果:美发业毛巾细菌总数合格率84.87%低于美容业91.02%;美发业公共用品大肠菌群合格率89.00%低于美容业98.15%;其中毛巾污染情况存在季节差异,春季最为严重,使用消毒剂清洗后,毛巾细菌总数和大肠菌群合格率显著高于机械清洁(P<0.001)。结论:中山市美容美发公共用品卫生存在一些隐患,应加强卫生监督和相应技术指导。

Objective：To analyze the hygienic condition of the cosmetology industry of Zhongshan City and provide supports for relevant managerial supervising.Methods：Public utensils were randomly sampled among 494 hair salons and 131 beauty salons during 2008 within Zhongshan City.Testing and analyzing were implemented.Results：The passing rate of the total number of bacteria in towels sampled from hair salons was 84.87%,which was lower than that of beauty salons（91.02%）.The passing rate of the total number of hair salon public utensils′ colibacillus was 89.00%,which was lower than that of beauty salons（98.10%） as well.What′s more,there were differences among seasons and the contamination is more serious during springtime.Last but not least,the passing rate of total number of bacteria and colibacillus is significant higher after washing with disinfector when compared to simple machine wash.Conclusion：There are hidden problems in the public utensils hygienic condition of Zhongshan city′s cosmetology industry that calls for attentions.Regulations and disinfection measures should be taken as well.
