摘要
目的:建立初级农产品污染物监测体系和危险预警平台。方法:通过连续监测主要初级农产品化学污染物指标,了解污染物种类和浓度水平,建立我省初级农产品主要污染物基础数据库;探索由化学致病因引起食源性疾病发病率和变化趋势,形成能够向决策机构及时反馈信息,为卫生行政部门发布食品安全预警提供技术支持。结果:提高对重大食品污染事件及食源性疾病的预警能力,降低和最大限度地避免由食品安全问题引发的食源性疾病发生率。
Objective:To establish monitoring system of the contaminants for the primary agricultural products and the early warning platform of the food risks.Methods:By way of continuous monitoring,we know the kands and levels of the contaminants in the primary agricultural products and establish a basic database of the primary contaminants about the primary agricultural products.We can research the morbidity and change trends of foodborne illness by chemical continuous.Meanwhile,we send them to the decision-making body.Results:Promoting the capability of the early warning to the important food contamination events,reduce and avoid the morbidity of foodborne illness is important.
