摘要
人体胆固醇水平过高和心血管疾病的发生有着密切的联系。近年来,随着我国社会经济的发展,高胆固醇血症的发病率呈上升趋势。对胆固醇进行准确、及时的检测可以有效预防心血管疾病。本文介绍了各种胆固醇检测方法的原理,总结了胆固醇生物传感器的研究现状,并展望了该领域未来的发展趋势。
The level of cholesterol in body has a close relation with the incidence of cardiovascular disease .With the development of economy in our country, the incidence of hypercholesterolemia has shown an upward tendency in recent years. In order to prevent cardiovascular disease, the research on efficient rapid analytical methods for cholesterol estimation in clinical samples is important. In this paper various determination principles are introduced. The recent research progresses of cholesterol biosensors are reviewed. The forecasts about future developments of cholesterol biosensors in the basic researches and other application are made too.
