摘要
设计了一种高精度超声测距系统,介绍了系统的组成及功能、电路工作原理、软件设计、试验结果。该系统使用高性价比的AT89C51作为控制器,通过设计测温电路、双比较器的接收电路以及修正系统延迟时间等一些改进措施,克服了当今测距系统低精度的缺点。试验结果表明,该测距系统在0.4m~5m内,测距误差小于1%,能够适用于高精度要求场合。
A high-precision ultrasonic distance measurement system is designed in this paper. The structure and functions of the system, the working principle of the circuit, the design of software and experiment results are given. The system uses cost-effective AT89C51 as controller. Some improvement solutions are supplied, such as a temperature compensation circuit, a receiving circuit with dual comparators and a system delay time correcting circuit, to overcome the shortcomings of low accuracy of some existing distance measuring systems. The test results show that the distance measuring error of system can be lower than 1% within 0.4m-5m range. So it can be applied to the occasions of high-precision requirements
