摘要
燃料电池系统不能在零摄氏度以下的环境中正常起动是阻碍燃料电池汽车商业化的主要障碍之一。对国内外质子交换膜燃料电池低温起动的研究进展做了概括。介绍了低温环境对燃料电池的使用以及对零部件和膜电极(MEA)的影响。介绍了燃料电池低温起动仿真研究使用的主要物理模型。对已经获得专利的燃料电池低温起动策略和方法做了分类,并比较了不同起动策略的优点和缺点。提出了未来燃料电池低温起动研究的方向和重点。
Subfreezing startup is one of main obstacle for fuel cell commercialization. The development of fuel cell subfreezing startup, the effects of subfreezing temperature on fuel cell operation, components and MEA, and the simulation model of fuel cell subfreezing startup were introduced in this paper. The published patents about fuel cell subfreezing startup were classified, the advantages and disadvantages of different subfreezing startup strategies and methods were compared, and then the trend of future subfreezing startup of fuel cell was proposed.
