摘要
基本双频DC/DC变换器是一种新型的高效变换器拓扑,但是其包含一个高频的小电感和一个低频的大电感,导致变换器的体积和重量较大。本文提出了一种新型的磁集成双频变换器,通过磁集成技术来集成两个工作于不同频率的电感,使磁件的体积和重量得到减小,成本也得到降低。用回转器-电容模型建立了集成电感的等效模型,对集成电感进行了仿真分析,最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
The basic double frequency DC/DC converter contains two inductors,one works in high frequency,and another works in low frequency.Magnetic-integration techniques can greatly improve the converter's power density and cost.The uncoupling magnetic-integration technique is proposed in this paper.The integrated-inductor's equivalent model is build using gyrator-capacitor model.The designed result illuminate that the integrated-inductor is effective for converter's power density and cost.Based on the theoretically analysis,simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the validity of the proposed method.
