摘要
矿山机械行业是国家建立独立工业体系的基础,属于国民经济的支柱行业,但与国际先进水平相比仍存在差距。为此,选取2000～2008年16家矿山机械上市公司的相关财务数据,运用数据包络分析法(Data Envelopmewt Analysis,DEA)与Malmquist指数对中国矿山机械行业运行效率进行动态分析。结果表明,我国矿山机械行业整体处在规模无效状态,存在投入冗余率偏高、创新能力欠缺等不足。未来我国矿山机械行业的发展方向主要是优先发展龙头企业,提高产品创新研发能力与加快组织创新和管理创新。
As basis of national industry system, mine machine industry in china is the core industry of national economy, but which behind international advanced leveL By selecting financial data of 16 listed companies of mine machine industry during 2000 ~ 2008, this paper analyzes of operation efficiency of mine machine in china using DEA and Malmquist index. The results show that mine machine industry in china is in state of scale inefficiency, there are some deficiencies as input redundancy, scarcity of innovation, and so on. Future development direction of machine industry in china is priority development of leading enterprise, improving ability of product development, accelerating organizational innovation and management innovation.
