腹腔镜辅助经阴道双通道内镜胆囊切除术1例

摘要 经自然腔道内镜外科（natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery，NOTES）是通过胃、阴道、膀胱、结直肠、食道等自然腔道进入腹腔和胸腔进行手术，术后病人腹壁没有手术瘢痕。我们在NOTES的探索过程中，于2009年5月成功完成了1例经阴道双通道内镜胆囊切除术。报告如下。
