关于建设“文明北京”的思考

Thinking on the construction of "Civiization Beijing"

认为应把建设"文明北京"和培养"文明北京人"融为一体,紧扣"国家首都、世界城市、文化名城和宜居城市"的城市定位,培育文明风尚、改善城乡环境、建设公共秩序、提高服务水平,使北京成为和谐首善、文明礼仪、开放包容、与时俱进、大众参与的世界城市。

This article argues that it should integrate the construction of civilization Beijing into the cultivation of civilized Beijinger. It is concluded that it should orient on the position of ＂national capital, the world＇s famous city, cultural city and liva- ble city＂ , develop civilized habits, improve urban and rural en- vironment, build public order and enhance service levels so as to make Beijing a world ＂s famous city which is harmonious, civi- lized, open, inclusive and advancing with times.
