摘要
参考有关干扰元素偏析的国内外文献,利用电子探针和金相分析的方法对QT550-6曲轴箱体铸件的附铸试块进行了干扰元素的偏析、对组织的影响以及控制干扰元素影响的研究。为生产大断面Mo-Cu球铁铸件提供了有力的指导依据。
Referring to the domestic and overseas literatures regarding the segregation of interfering elements and by means of electron probe micro-analyzer （EPMA） and metallographic analysis to the test lug of QT550-6 crank case casting, the segregation of the interfering elements and their influence on structure, as well as the control of the influence were studied. The results provide a useful instruction for production of copper-molybdenum alloyed heavy-section ductile iron.
