直肠癌术后放疗应用有孔泡沫板对小肠照射剂量和体积的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Apertured Cystosepiment on Volume and Dose of Small Bowel in Radiatherapy of Postoperative Rectal Cancer

摘要 本研究入组8例直肠癌术后患者,俯卧位垫与不垫有孔泡沫板两种体位下,分别进行CT扫描,行3野三维适形计划的设计,比较两种体位下小肠在20、30、40、45Gy剂量水平小肠受照体积(V20、V30、V40、V45)。其结果显示:使用有孔泡沫板时,小肠在20、30、40Gy剂量水平受照体积显著降低,但其在45Gy剂量水平受照体积减少不明显。 This paper introduces the research of eight patients with rectal cancer after radical operation.The 8 patients were examined by CT scan. Two sets of images were taken for the whole pelvis with or without apertured cystosepiment. By a 3D planning system,a three-field technique was planned. The small bowel at the 20Gy,30Gy,40Gy,45Gy dose level(V20,V30,V40,V45)were analysed in the plan of two positions.Results of the two sets of plans, the volume of the plan with apertured cystosepiment was smaller than without apertured cystosepiment at the level V20,V30,V40 for small bowel. However, the V45 of the plan with apertured cystosepiment was not significantly lower than without apertured cystosepiment.
