几个鲜食葡萄品种抗盐性比较研究

Comparison of the salt tolerance of several table grape cultivars

采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了盐胁迫对几种鲜食葡萄品种的电导率、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶含量的影响。结果表明:不同鲜食葡萄品种抗盐性存在着明显的差别,它们抗盐性强弱依次为矢富罗莎>京秀>红地球>美人指>乍娜>奥古斯特。

Using the method of pot test, the salt tolerance of six table grape cultivars under salt stress were studied by the assay of the electric conductance, malondialdehyde （MDA） content, the activities of superoxide di＇smutase（SOD） and peroxidase （POD）. Of the table grape cultivars, the levels of their salt tolerance are Yatomi Rosa 〉 Jingxiu 〉 Red Globe 〉 Manicure Finger 〉 Zana 〉 Auguste.
