摘要
利用声学多普勒流速仪对葛洲坝下游中华鲟产卵场进行了现场流速观测,并对现场调查数据进行了统计分析。阐述了相对流速计算方法,利用K-S检验方法检验了研究区12个断面的流速分布特点,分析了纵向、横向和垂向3维空间的相对流速累积频率分布特征。结果表明:在纵向,产卵区内的流速频率分布相同,与非产卵区有显著性差异;在横向和垂向,整个研究区域的流速频率分布均具有显著性差异;产卵区在3维方向比非产卵区具有明显的流速多样性,这种流速空间多样性为中华鲟自然繁殖活动提供了有利条件,为中华鲟产卵区的保护提供理论支持和参考。
Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) was used to collect water velocity data between Gezhouba Dam and Miaozui. The method of relative velocity was given. Statistical comparisons of cumulative frequency distributions of three-dimensional velocity components were performed using the Kolmogorov - Smirnov ( K - S) two-sample test. The results showed that the distributions of three-dimensional velocity components of main spawning area are significantly different from those of non-spawning areas. Velocity diversity of spawning area could benefit the increase in fertilization rate of Chinese sturgeon eggs and the protection of its zygotes.
