摘要
随着中国建筑钢结构市场的延伸,海外钢结构项目日益增多,海外项目对产品的交货周期要求严格,而材料的供货周期是制约项目工期的关键因素,为了解决这个矛盾,有时候需要在国内寻找国外钢材的替代产品。结合一个具体涉外工程,对使用国标Q345GJ-B钢材替换欧共体标准S355JR钢材的技术可行性进行探讨,并得到成功应用,具有一定参考价值。
With the extension of Chinese steel structural market, more and more overseas steel structure projects have been constructed by Chinese corporations. The construction program shall he controlled and ensured, and the supply period of steel materials is the key factor to restrain the period of a project, and sometimes alternative steel material with GB standard is needed to ensure the construction program. In this paper, the technical feasibility that the grade Q345GJ-B steel to GB/T 19879--2005 can supersede the grade S355JR steel to BS-EN/10025 is studied based on an overseas steel project, the alternative proposal has been successfully adopted and can be referred by other similar projects.
