局部开采工广保护煤柱对矿井生产系统的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 平顶山矿务局三环公司煤炭资源已濒临枯竭,矿井进入生产后期,为有效解放其工业广场下压占的宝贵煤炭资源。论文结合该矿的采矿地质条件,利用现有生产系统,对工业广场保护煤柱进行合理的设计开采,分析了条带开采间隔煤柱的强度,论证开采的安全系数,对井筒、立井绞车房等矿井主要生产系统因工业广场保护煤柱局部开采的影响进行分析预计,既要使其生产系统能正常运转,又要最大程度解放工业广场下压煤。此研究对开采有限矿产资源具有重要经济价值,对煤矿的可持续发展也有重要意义。 The coal resources in Sanhuan Company of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group are going to be exhausted and the mine production is in the late period of the mine. In order to efficiently liberate the valuable coal resources under the industrial park of the company, in combination with the mining geological conditions in the mine and with the available production system, a rational design and mining were conduced for the protected coal pillars under the industrial park. The paper had an analysis on the strength of the coal pillars between the strip mining. The paper proved the safety coefficients of the mining. The paper had an analysis and prediction of the mine shaft, the mine shaft winch room and other main production system affected by the local mining of the protected coal pillars under the industrial park. The mine production system shall be in normal operation and the coal resources under the industrial park shall be liberated in the max degree. The study would have the important economic value to the mining of the limited coal resources and would have the important significance to the sustainable development of the mine.
