摘要
运用RFLP对小麦返白系及其亲本矮变1号的叶绿体DNA进行多态性分析,结果显示,两者的EcoRⅠ,BamHⅠ,PstⅠ和SalⅠ4种限制性内切酶酶切图谱没有差异,仅HindⅢ酶切图谱的19kb处存在差异,说明返白系叶绿体DNA和矮变1号存在差别,这可能是导致返白系返白的直接或间接原因。
The leaves turning albescent in the albscent line of wheat (AL) were caused by cytoplasm heredity,and induced by low temperature.The polymorphism of cpDNA of wheat albescent line and its parent Aibian No.1(AN) was studied with RFLP.The results showed the EcoRⅠ,BamHⅠ,SalⅠ and PstⅠrestriction mapping of cpDNA of the AL and AN were similiar,but with the HindⅢ restriction mapping being distinctly different in 19 kb.
