摘要
采用常规方法对西藏喜玛拉雅山中部林地土壤中放线菌进行了初步鉴定与分类,并进行了生理生化鉴定。结果表明,该地区放线菌可分为10个属,以链霉菌属占优势;链霉菌属可分为11个类群,以球孢类群占优势;生理生化试验中,参试菌的纤维素分解能力、淀粉水解能力以及明胶液化能力较强;拮抗试验中,抗霉菌的菌株数较多,抗G+菌的菌株数比抗G-菌的菌株数多。
Forest soil Actinomyces was identified and classified by using routine methods in Tibet,and the physiological biochemical characteristics of Actinomyces were identified as well.The results showed that forest soil Actinomyces was classified into 10 genus with Streptomyces being dominative; streptomyces was classified into 11 series with S.Globisporus being dominative.In physiological biochemical test,the test strains had strong ability of surach hydrolysis,geletin liquefaction and cellulose decomposing.In antibiotic test,fungus Mould resistance and G + Baecteria resistance were dominative.
