摘要
海外矿产资源的开发与利用对我国有着极其重要的意义。开发海外矿产资源具有高风险性,需要在投资之前进行技术经济评价。通过建立评价指标体系,使用专家咨询法确定相应指标的权重,提出一种线性加权的评价模型,并使用此模型对一个海外矿山进行了技术经济评价。首先针对此矿山制定了若干项切实可行的方案,然后通过分析模型评价的结果,得到了最佳的方案。这个模型可以广泛地运用于矿产资源开发的技术经济评价。
With the fast development of economy in our country,the consumption of mineral resources increases greatly,so it is very significant to develop overseas mines and utilize the mineral resources.The investment for developing overseas mineral resources entails high risk,thus it is necessary to have the technological and economic evaluation before the investment.In this paper,by setting up an evaluation index system and using the expert consultancy method to determine the weight of the indexes,a linear weighted evaluation model is proposed,and then it is used to make the technological and economic evaluation for an overseas mine.After making several practical programs according to this mine,the best option is chosen through analyzing the evaluation results of the model.This model can be widely used in the technological and economic evaluation for developing mineral resources.
