摘要
对食用昆虫的食用历史与传统、种类与资源、营养价值与食疗作用、产业化现状进行了论述，提出了我国食用昆虫产业化存在的问题，并对食用昆虫产业化发展方向及前景做了展望。
The history,resources,nutrition,medical effects,processing and present industrial state of food insects are reviewed in this paper.Some industrial problems of food insects are pointed out.Some suggestions for the industrial development of food insects are also proposed.
