摘要
采用较先进的超滤技术进行猕猴桃果汁的澄清处理,用已选择的适宜膜,包括膜材质、截留分子量等构成膜组件。在工作温度为25℃时,就工作压力对膜通量的影响进行了研究分析。根据其过程特征,提出了猕猴桃果汁体系超滤过程三段传质模型。
The operating procedure of producing clarified kiwifruit juice was studied with selected membrane.The effects of operating pressure on the flux were mainly investigated.Under the condition of processing temperature 25℃,the three step model of transfering substance in kiwifruit juice ultrafiltration was put forward.
